智能水表现阶段瓶颈问题及解决方法

智能水表从开展之初到往常算来曾经有近20年的时间了,想想经过风风雨雨的这么多年,很多人都在抱怨智能水表开展太慢,也经常有人抱怨我国的供水企业对智能水表的推行力度不够,从而招致智能水表的开展迟缓。

不知大家留意过这样一个现象没有:即每当智能水表的市场有较大的开展的时分,常常由于我们的产质量量呈现严重的问题而周期性地塌缩。这里面固然有一些大厂家将其见怪为“供水企业选用质量较差的产品所致”的缘由,但我们倒要问:难道真的都是这样的吗?我们就敢保证全部用我们的产品就没有呈现问题而万无一失吗?我看一定,不置信扪心自问:如下问题,我们到底处理了几供电电池的选择和运用目前很多厂家都将电池只作为一个能源提供者,而且也不去研讨电池的性能和容量对智能水表的影响;这里面存在几个问题:

I do not know if you have noticed such a phenomenon: whenever the smart water meter market has a greater development, often due to our production and quality of serious problems and periodic collapse. Although there are some big manufacturers blame it for "poor quality products selected by water supply enterprises", but we would like to ask: is this really the case? Are we guaranteed that there will be no problems with all our products? I don't believe that we should ask ourselves the following questions: how many batteries have been selected and used? At present, many manufacturers only regard batteries as an energy provider, and they don't discuss the impact of battery performance and capacity on smart water meters.

首先,大家对选用的电池容量和与本人设计和选用的线路板的有效容量没有认真的计算和明晰的认识,目前大家所选用的电池(不论是CR18505S/M,还是ER18505S/M),是缺乏以支撑目前的智能水表(主要指IC卡预付费水表)正常工作6+1年的(普通只能运用2年至3年),只是大家贪图这种电池廉价而已。有的人辩白说他们所运用的电池有的运用了8年依然没问题,我们倒想问一问这些厂家,你们又怎样晓得这个电池8年都在正常工作呢(锂氩电池在不工作的状态下,10年以上依然有90%的电都是正常的)?同时,为什么不去想一下,大量的电池为什么又只能用2年到3年呢?

First of all, we do not have a careful calculation and clear understanding of the selected battery capacity and the effective capacity of the circuit board designed and selected by ourselves. 另外,国外对电池的在线检测工艺和办法在我国鲜有厂家控制(譬如无损伤检测电池性能的工艺和办法我国目前不论是电池消费厂或运用单位都还没有)。各位又试想一下,诸位的智能水表从设计到消费,其工艺又有几细节还需求完善(还不是急功近利地向市场投放不完善以至存在致命缺陷的产品)?

In addition, there are few overseas on-line battery testing processes and methods controlled by manufacturers in our country (for example, non-destructive battery performance testing processes and methods are still not available in our country, whether in battery consumption plants or application units). Think again, from design to consumption, how many details of your smart water meters still need to be perfected (not to rush to put imperfect products into the market even with fatal defects)?

信号采样问标题前至少湿式IC卡预付费水表的采样大局部都采用在采样圈(也叫发信圈)内装干簧管的方式,这种方式的最大问题是:采样圈和干簧管容易被压罩在装配时压裂而受损,特别是有些干簧管被隐形压裂(在工厂内测试没有问题,用于现场后才呈现毛病),更是存在很大的隐患。

At least most of the samples of the wet IC card prepaid water meter before the title of signal sampling are installed with a dry reed tube in the sampling ring (also known as the sending ring). 对电路板、电池、执行器等电子器件的防护目前很多厂家为理解决智能水表实践被处在暗淡湿润等环境,都用灌胶的方式将其电路板封装在一个塑料盒内,电池则用“防水电池”,执行器则用少量的胶将其密封在其构造上。外表上,好似处理了智能水表的防护问题,但其实只不过是掩耳盗铃而已,其理由如下:

At present, many manufacturers encapsulate their circuit boards in a plastic box by gluing, while the batteries are "waterproof batteries" and the actuators are sealed with a small amount of glue in order to solve the problem that the practice of intelligent water meters is in dim and wet environment. Apparently, it seems to have dealt with the protection of intelligent water meters, but in fact, it's just a cover-up for stealing the bell. The reasons are as follows:

首先,用灌胶的办法将电路板封装起来,外表上来看,仿佛是处理了对电路板的防护。但是,细致的研讨能够得出结论:这种灌胶的办法对电路板而言只是短期的,由于,随着时间的推移,空气中的水分和氧分子会从与电路板相连的信号线(该类信号线多为多股绞股线)的绞股中间的间隙进入电路板(本处还未列出有些厂家用硬胶灌封时形成的与塑料件之间的伸缩缝);另外,空气中的氧气会腐蚀电路板的金属(包括电路板上PCB的附铜线等),空气中的湿润水分会使电路板上某些器件(譬如电容和电池等)漏电。

其次,电池采用防水电池,外表上看来,也算是处理了电池的防水,但是殊不知,为了换电池而采用的衔接处依然是有漏电的破绽的(有的厂家痛快不再设置改换电池衔接线,直接将电池连线与电路板衔接,试问:这怎样换电池?),所以目前的智能水表的电池防护是不合格的。

Secondly, water-proof batteries are used in batteries, which are also treated as water-proof batteries in appearance, but it is unknown that there is still a leak in the junction used for battery replacement (some manufacturers are happy to stop setting the replacement battery connection line and connect the battery connection with the circuit board directly. How to change the electricity? Pool? Therefore, the current battery protection of smart water meters is not qualified.

再者,目前很多厂家都用少量的涂胶方法对执行器的防护,我们权且不谈目前大局部厂家所运用的胶是多孔胶(譬如704胶),基本防不住空气中水分和氧气的进入。就从涂胶的效果来看,由于存在其不平均性等要素,这种办法也是防不住空气中水分和氧气的进入的。一旦有空气中水分和氧气进入执行器内部,其内的金属(铜件和铁件)件就会被腐蚀生锈,从而影响执行器的正常工作。对防护而言,做不好的防护还不如不做,假如不做,遇到枯燥的气候,被防护的器件四周还能够是枯燥的(

Moreover, at present, many manufacturers use a small amount of glue coating method to protect the actuator. From the effect of glue coating, because of its inequality and other factors, this method can not prevent moisture and oxygen from entering the air.
